Agreement, once a final and solid amount has been confirmed by both Seller and Buyer IMPAKX will create a Protection Agreement Form which highlights the process and confirmation of final agreed amount. As due process in is order, IMPAKX will hold funds ready for release once all aspects of Domain Name transfer has been completed. The Seller will receive funds directly into allocated account. The Buyer will receive a reference number of account and amount on hold from the allotted Financial Holder. To ensure a proper and professional outcome all parties MUST sign, dated and witnessed within the allotted settlement period of seven (7) days, each copy will be sent to both Parties for review and approval.
